Product Use and Compliance Statement

Our GNSS navigation products are supplied only for lawful civil and commercial applications. Customers shall comply with applicable export-control, import, sanctions, telecommunications, aviation, customs, and local operating laws and regulations.

For products or transactions that may be subject to export-control review, we may require true, accurate, and complete information regarding the importer, end user, end use, installation location, destination, and resale arrangements. Where compliance information is incomplete, the end user or end use is unclear, or regulatory risk is identified, we reserve the right to suspend, decline, or terminate the relevant transaction and delivery arrangements.
